    Customer/User/You: Refers to any individual, entity, or organization involved in commercial transactions with NeuralHR.AI or whose data is being collected by any means.

    Website(s): Includes all websites owned and operated by NeuralHR.AI, such as NeuralHR.AI and any web pages or social networks linked to this privacy policy.

    NeuralHR.AI/We/Us: Refers to NeuralHR.AI, its subsidiary(ies), associate(s), and affiliate(s).

    Sensitive Personal Data: Refers to personal information such as passwords, financial details, health records, etc., as defined by applicable regulations.

    We collect and store information provided by Users, including but not limited to email addresses, physical addresses, names, phone numbers, and mobile numbers when accessing our Platform.

    Data may be collected during online/offline submissions, events, trade shows, marketing activities, product usage, and correspondence.

    Additionally, information related to transactions on our platform and third-party business partner platforms may be collected.

    8. Use of Collected Information

    Advertising and Marketing: Personal data may be utilized to advertise and provide personalized information about our products and services, both on our sites and third-party platforms.

    Customer Support: Collected data is used to identify Users and provide personalized support across various touchpoints.

    11A. Regional Data-Protection Frameworks

    NeuralHR.AI processes employee personal data in alignment with the following regional frameworks. Customers in each market should refer to the framework that applies to their entity:

    UAE PDPL (Federal Decree-Law No. 45/2021 on the Personal Data Protection Law) — applies to UAE entities. Includes 72-hour breach-notification timeline. Data Processing Agreement aligned with UAE PDPL is available on request.

    Saudi PDPL (Royal Decree M/19 / 1443H) — applies to Saudi entities. Optional KSA data residency on Enterprise tier. Saudi-specific DPA available on request.

    India DPDP Act 2023 (Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023) — applies to Indian entities. Includes data-principal rights workflows (access, correction, erasure) and DPDP-aligned breach notification. India-specific DPA available on request.

    EU GDPR — applies to EU data subjects. EU model clauses for cross-border transfers are included in the standard GDPR DPA. EU data subject rights workflows (access, rectification, erasure, portability) are built into the platform.

    12. General Information

    Consent: Data collection is subject to User consent, and withdrawal of consent is permitted at any time. However, withdrawal may affect access to our Platform or services.

    Retention of Data: Personal information is retained in compliance with applicable laws, for necessary periods to fulfill business purposes.

    Availability of Platform: Use of our Platform is limited to individuals capable of forming legally binding contracts. We do not knowingly solicit or collect information from individuals under the age of 18.

    13. Changes to the Privacy Policy

    Users are advised to check our Privacy Policy periodically for updates. We will notify Users of significant changes through website updates, notices, or emails.
