NeuralHR.AI ("NeuralHR.AI", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to maintaining a spam-free environment for our users and subscribers. This Anti-Spam Policy outlines our approach to preventing unsolicited commercial communications, commonly known as spam. By using our services or engaging with our content, you agree to abide by this policy.

1. Definition of Spam
Spam is generally defined as unsolicited or unwanted commercial communications sent via email, text message, or other electronic means. These communications may include, but are not limited to:

- Marketing materials
- Advertising content
- Sales pitches
- Any other form of commercial messaging sent without prior consent
2. Consent-Based Communication
NeuralHR.AI adheres to a strict consent-based approach to communication. We only send commercial messages to individuals who have expressly consented to receive them. This consent may be obtained through explicit opt-in mechanisms, such as subscription forms, checkboxes, or confirmation emails.
3. Compliance with Applicable Laws
We comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing commercial communications across the markets we serve:
India: Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act); Information Technology Act, 2000 (as amended); Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011; TRAI Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations (DND framework, 9pm–9am SMS restrictions).
United Arab Emirates: Federal Decree-Law No. 45/2021 (UAE Personal Data Protection Law / PDPL); Federal Law No. 5/2012 on Combating Cybercrimes; UAE Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA) anti-spam regulations.
Saudi Arabia: Personal Data Protection Law (Royal Decree M/19); Anti-Cyber Crime Law (Royal Decree M/17).
European Union: EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR); ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC).
United States: CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 for any commercial email sent to US recipients.
Upon receiving an unsubscribe request, we cease all further commercial communications within 10 business days, in accordance with the strictest applicable timeframe across these frameworks.
4. Unsubscribing from Communications
We provide clear and easy-to-use mechanisms for users to unsubscribe from our communications at any time. Every commercial message sent by NeuralHR.AI includes an unsubscribe link or instructions on how to opt out of future communications. Upon receiving an unsubscribe request, we promptly remove the user from our mailing list and cease all further communications.
5. Reporting Spam
If you believe you have received unsolicited commercial communications from NeuralHR.AI or have any concerns about our compliance with this Anti-Spam Policy, please contact us immediately at legal@neuralhr.ai. We take reports of spam seriously and will investigate all complaints promptly.
6. Prohibited Activities
Any use of our services for the purpose of sending spam or engaging in other abusive or deceptive practices is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Sending messages to purchased or rented email lists
- Using misleading or false information in commercial communications
- Harvesting email addresses or other contact information without consent
- Engaging in any form of fraudulent or deceptive behavior
7. Enforcement
NeuralHR.AI reserves the right to take appropriate action against individuals or entities found to be in violation of this Anti-Spam Policy. Such actions may include, but are not limited to, termination of service, suspension of accounts, and legal action as warranted by the circumstances.
