    What is HRMS?

HRMS stands for Human Resource Management System.

An HRMS is software that manages the employee lifecycle in one system — records, payroll, attendance, leave, recruitment and performance.

    HRMS explained

The terms HRMS, HRIS and HCM overlap heavily in practice. HRIS usually emphasises the record-keeping core, HCM emphasises talent and strategic workforce management, and HRMS sits between them covering both administration and payroll.

In the GCC the distinguishing factor is rarely the module list — it is whether the system natively handles WPS, gratuity, GOSI, Qiwa and Mudad, or expects those to be handled outside it.

    Let the system handle HRMS

NeuralHR.AI enforces UAE and Saudi HR rules inside the product — WPS, gratuity, Emiratisation, GOSI, Qiwa and Mudad — so your team is not tracking them by hand.
