How is end-of-service gratuity calculated in UAE HR software?

Where is employee data hosted?
Default: GCC region. Enterprise customers can choose UAE residency (UAE entities), KSA residency (Saudi entities) or India residency (Indian entities). Data per entity stays in its chosen region.
How is data encrypted?
TLS 1.2+ in transit. AES-256 at rest. Key management via cloud KMS with HSM-backed keys for Enterprise customers. Database backups encrypted.
Who can see employee data?
Role-based access control with five default roles (admin, HR manager, manager, employee, finance) plus custom roles. Audit log of every data access available to admins. SSO via SAML / OIDC + MFA mandatory on Enterprise.
Free trial & decision
Do I need a credit card to start the trial?

Can I run a real payroll inside the trial?
Yes. The trial includes the full payroll engine. You can run a real or parallel payroll cycle, generate WPS / Mudad / PF files, and either submit them or use them as test files.
What happens to my data if I don't convert?
Export everything to CSV anytime. If you don't convert within 30 days of trial end, data is permanently deleted. NeuralHR.AI doesn't retain data without an active subscription.
