    What is ATS?

ATS stands for Applicant Tracking System.

An applicant tracking system manages the hiring pipeline — job postings, applications, screening stages, interviews and offers — in one place.

    ATS explained

A traditional ATS is a workflow tool: it moves candidates through stages and stores the record. An AI-enabled ATS additionally screens and ranks applicants and can draft outbound communication.

For GCC employers the meaningful integration is between the ATS and onboarding: an accepted offer should flow into contract generation, visa and labour card processing, and payroll setup without re-keying.

    Let the system handle ATS

NeuralHR.AI enforces UAE and Saudi HR rules inside the product — WPS, gratuity, Emiratisation, GOSI, Qiwa and Mudad — so your team is not tracking them by hand.
