What is SANED?
SANED is Saudi Arabia's unemployment insurance programme, administered by GOSI, which pays a temporary benefit to Saudi nationals who lose employment involuntarily.

SANED contributions are collected alongside other GOSI contributions and apply to Saudi national employees, split between employer and employee.
Benefits are time-limited and conditional on contribution history and the reason for separation, so accurate exit reason coding in payroll matters for the employee's eventual claim.
